A Website should be clear, specific & persuasive

At Digital Media we understand that the concept of website design and development should stand the test of time.

We have a clear philosophy:  website design should consider user friendliness and strong story telling with a clear focus on supporting business goals and driving action.

Brands are increasingly competing on customer experience even more than price or product. Our job is to deliver that great experience and keep you competitive. But its also our job to combine the art of a great design with the science of driving conversions and encouraging the right action at the right time.

Seven key pillars of our website development process

Goal Identification

Where we work with the client to determine what goals the site needs to fulfill its task

Scope definition

Once we identify the website goals, we define the scope of the project i.e. what pages and features the site requires to fulfill the goal and the timeline for building.

With the scope well defined, we can start digging into the sitemap, defining how the content and features we defined in scope definition will interrelate.

Content Creation

Now that we get a bigger picture of the site in mind, we can start creating content for the individual pages, always keep search engine in mind to help keep pages focused on a single topic. Its vital that you have real content to work with, for our next level.

Visual Element

With the site architecture and some content in place, we can start working on the visual brand. Depending on the client, this may already be well – defined.

By now, you’ve got all your pages and defined how they display to the site visitor. So its time to make sure it all works.

Once everything’s working beautifully, its time to plan and execute your site launch.
